Berlin (dpa) - Die Unterhaltsanspr=FCche = von=20 Kindern sollen k=FCnftig Vorrang vor anderen Forderungen = haben.=20 Bundesjustizministerin Brigitte Zypries (SPD) legte am = Montag in=20 Berlin einen entsprechenden Gesetzentwurf vor.

Bislang standen die Anspr=FCche von Kindern mit denen von = geschiedenen oder gegenw=E4rtige Ehegatten lediglich gleich. = Wenn in=20 Zukunft das Geld des Unterhaltspflichtigen nicht f=FCr alle=20 Unterhaltsberechtigten ausreicht, sollen zun=E4chst die = Kinder die=20 ihnen zustehende Summe voll erhalten. Erst danach w=FCrde = Geld an die=20 geschiedene Frau gezahlt werden m=FCssen.

Gerichte sollen zudem die Unterhaltsanspr=FCche = Geschiedener eher=20 befristen oder der H=F6he nach begrenzen k=F6nnen. Nach = bisheriger=20 Rechtslage wird einem geschiedenen Ehegatten Arbeitsaufnahme = nicht=20 zugemutet, so lange das Kind nicht acht Jahre alt ist. Dies = soll=20 sich nun =E4ndern: Familiengerichten soll mehr = Flexibilit=E4t bei der=20 Bemessung des so genannten Betreuungsunterhalts einger=E4umt = werden.=20 Insbesondere geschiedene Frauen w=FCrden dann eher gezwungen = werden=20 k=F6nnen, sich eine Besch=E4ftigung zu suchen.

Dagegen soll die Stellung der nicht verheirateten = M=FCtter=20 verbessert werden. Insgesamt will Zypries auf die = ge=E4nderte=20 Lebenswirklichkeit von Familien in Deutschland reagieren. = Die Zahl=20 der Ehescheidungen ist in den letzten zehn Jahren um =FCber = 36 Prozent=20 gestiegen. Au=DFerdem seien immer mehr M=FCtter mit = minderj=E4hrigen=20 Kindern heute berufst=E4tig.
